Donations

You can contribute to the success of the convention by donating high-quality basket-related items for the Silent Auction and/or Welcome Bags. We anticipate preparing approximately 175 Welcome Bags.

To donate, please complete the online donation form below. Then, send your donations to Debbie Howard at 830 Route BB, Lockwood, Missouri 65682 by Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

If you're unable to send your items by June 30, you may bring them to the convention. Welcome Bag donations will be accepted in the Exhibition Hall until 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Silent Auction donations will be accepted on Thursday, July 30, from noon to 5:00 p.m., and on Friday, July 31, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

If you cannot complete the online form, you may fill out the Convention Donation (PDF) form and include a completed form  with each donated item.

MBG is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and donations are tax-deductible. Receipts will only be provided for donations exceeding $250.
