2026 Vendor Application

Applications for vendor booth space will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all spaces are filled. While MBG strives to ensure that every vendor has access to at least two booth spaces, the organization reserves the right to limit booth space based on availability and demand. If you require a third booth space (maximum of three), please indicate your preference on the application form. The allocation of a third booth will depend on availability after all vendors have secured two spaces. Please request only the spaces you absolutely need.

Your vendor acceptance and the number of booth spaces allocated to you will be confirmed in your contract, which will be emailed to you at a later date. If additional booth spaces become available after June 15, 2026, they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until all spaces are filled. The maximum number of booth spaces per vendor is three.
