Everything you discuss with our team is kept strictly confidential—we are independent of the college administration.
Our commitment to your privacy means:
-We will not tell your parents, guardians, teachers, or college administration that you have attended the clinic.
-We adhere to strict NHS and legal guidelines on patient confidentiality, including the Fraser Guidelines (which allow those under 16 to consent to medical treatment without parental knowledge if they are deemed competent).
The only time we would ever break confidentiality is if we believe you or someone else is at risk of significant harm. We would always try to discuss this with you first.

Our role is to provide the knowledge and directly signpost you to local NHS services (Specialist Clinics, Pharmacies, or GPs) where you can receive necessary prescriptions, treatment, or fittings for free.
