REFUSAL OF SERVICES

Bark & beyond has the right to refuse services at any time, Also has the right to refuse grooming services, stop grooming services or cancel grooming at anytime before, during or after the groom.

In the event your pet becomes too stressed during the grooming service you will be re-scheduled, and we will continue the groom at a later date no extra charge will apply.

If your pet becomes too dangerous to groom you will be contacted to pick up your pet. You will be charged a grooming fee for what was done up until the end of the grooming service.
