Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after a groom. NOTIFY YOUR GROOMER OF ANY ALLERGIES. All medical expenses for veterinary care, due to these problems, will be covered by the animals owner upon understanding this form and its policies.

Bark and Beyond Strives to be a parasite- free grooming salon. If your pet has parasites, we recommend taking them to your veterinarian prior to being groomed. If we find parasites on your fur baby in the middle of the groom. We will stop immediately; your pet will be sent home. You will be charged for 50% of the groom. This policy ensures the safety of all clients in the salon & helps maintain a parasite free salon. Once your pet is parasite free, please call to reschedule your appointment.

This release gives Bark and Beyond full authorization to seek medical treatment from the nearest veterinarian in the case of any medical emergencies while in care of Bark and Beyond staff, All Veterinary cost and expenses will be the responsibility of the pet's owner,
