Your pet is very important to us here at Bark & Beyond. We would like to assure you that every effort will be made to make your pets' grooming experience and yours safe and pleasant as possible.

 SAFTEY: Safety comes first for both people as well as pets. All pets must arrive on a leash or in a pet carrier. We are not responsible for your pet taking off when entering or exiting its owners' vehicles or the building. 

Time: The time it takes to groom your pet varies, this is dependent on pets Individual needs, coats condition and the type of package you choose.

STRESSED PET: Occasionally grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one, this can occur during or after a groom. In the event your pet becomes too stressed during the grooming service you will have to pay a full grooming fee and you will be rescheduled within a 48-hour time frame at no extra charge to continue the grooming process. We do not muzzle your pet unless notified by you to do so or your pet has given us a reason to, this does not harm your pet and in most cases may even calm a stressed pet, allowing for the groom to continue.

DANGEROUS PETS: If your pet acts in a dangerous way, we have the right to stop the groom at any time; a fee will be collected based on what has been done.

ALLERIGES:  If your pet has food allergies or shampoo allergies, please notify us during your visit, this is very important to ensure your pet's health.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations can leave an empty block in the schedule that could be used by another client. Please let us know of changes 48hrs prior to appointment times.

CLIENT SATISFACTION: Client satisfaction is important, if you are unhappy for any reason, please let us know. We would be happy to readjust when you pick your pet up from their appointments. However, once you take your pet home from the appointment, any return visit unless stated by the groomer will be treated as a new appointment. 

After hour appointments:  start at 5pm this is subject to additional cost. Please message for quotes.
