Max's concept
This early concept has a clubbed tail that it covers it in its paralyzing spit to stun and squash its prey and a blow sack to intimidate predators and to help it swim in the water and it also has webbed feet to help it swim faster, and it has six legs to help it keep balance on the slippery ice, and it also has a dexterous tongue to help it grip onto prey.
James T's concept.
James T concept idea came from the animal attic at the Otago Museum. He thought that the animal should have a venomous tail barb to poison prey, a snake like face, a snake like tongue to scent prey and predators, webbed feet to swim away from predators, and a black and white stripes to blend in the sea or lake. Also James T thought that it should have a blow sack to make the creature bigger to scare predators and float on the water.
James M's concept
This early concept was planned to have a garden on its back to store nutrients and get energy from the sun,this was scraped because nobody wanted it. The plants on its back are called popcorn plants. It was going to have two sets of eyes, one for looking at ground level and one for looking up and around to see predictors. It would have gay spikes on its front and back legs for walking on ice.It would have barbs on its stinger to attack predators.It would have scales on its back that could act like a blanket and a shield. The plants on its back would also be in their habitat.this animal was going to live in packs of 5 or 6.
Levi's concept
This early concept was planned to have barbed tails/2 barbed tails to poison enemies and there is 2 so that if they miss the first one the second one could easily hit, paralyzing saliva to paralyze or slow down predators and prey, webbed feet to swim faster,magnified eyesight to see further, and laying eggs to give birth 4 legs to give normal balance and maybe a dragon head (didn't happen),Also I was going to call it Glacial Scorpio because it is icy and has a scorpion barbed tail and scorpion makes it sound too "earthly".

This is our group's final design we carried on with James T's drawing and added Max's blow sack, Levi's barbed tail and paralyzing saliva, and all our webbed feet. Sadly, it has no features from James M's.

Glacial Shoot Hoot Report
The creature we have created is called a Glacial Shoot Hoot. The Glacial Shoot Hoot is classified as a vertebrate, reptile creature from planet X. The Glacial Shoot Hoot’s scientific name is Glacialis Lacerta. The Glacial Shoot Hoot is also a scavenger but is basically closer to the top of the food chain.
The colour of the Glacial Shoot Hoot is a light blue for the body, a darker blue for the claws/feet, and a shiny red for the blow sack. The Glacial Shoot Hoot’s has many adaptations. These include a barbed tail, to poison prey and predators. It also has paralysing saliva to slow down predators and stop prey from escaping. It has a blow sack on it's back to make it look bigger than it actually, is so it can ward of predators. It has 4 legs to give it average balance with webbed feet to allow it to swim faster in case they are in need of a quick escape. It weighs on average 40-45 KG’s and the average height is about 50-60 cm. When the temperature drops to below -30, the Glacial Shoot Hoot stabs itself with it’s tail to shut down its organs and then when warms back up to above -30 degrees, it wakes back up again.

As for the females they look after the babies until the babies are 2 months old then the babies have to fend for themselves and that is when they learn how use and develop paralyzing spit and poisonous tail barb.The food that Glacial Shoot Hoot eats is blue apple that grow in the surrounding habitats, Bugacuba cows which are cows but lime green with dark green tails, and Pumaduga pigs which are cyan blue and have dark blue tails both these animals live in the surrounding habitat as well.
The Glacial Shoot Hoot was created from the fluffy snow in a tundra and a lizard that had been mutated to have a blow sack that somehow fused to make the Glacial Shoot Hoot.In the end the Glacial Shoot Hoot is a wonderfully fascinating creature that has endless possibilities to amaze humans.
