Tanniply

What is a Tanniply? 

Our creature is called Tanniply (Tan-ip-lie) or Ales Lupus (Ales-Lu-pis). They are vertebrate mammals. They are an Apex Predator and they live on planet X.

What the Tanniply looks like. 

the tanniply has wings to flay and hunt , they have grayish white fur. the fur keeps them warm and camouflages them into the snow. The tanniply are the size of an average 14-year-old with a snout and whiskers. They have big pupils to help see in the dark and gills so they can breathe underwater but they can also breathe on land like an amphibian. They have slightly webbed feet and a dorsal fin. It is 52 kg or 114.64 pounds. They have a bioluminescent wings and to catch fish they also have very sharp teeth and claws. They have a big Shaggy tail for balance as well.

 Where does the Tanniply live and what do they eat? 

Tanniply live in snowy icy Tundra plains with scattered trees and shrubs. The plains usually have large mountain side caves and big bodies of water by them. They live in plains near forests so they can catch food like deer. The tanniply will only move to a new spot if food is low or they are in danger. The Tanniply eats meat eg deers, hares, fish, rodents, etc they also eat berries. The Tanniply can eat any berries they like because they've poison glands that nullifies poison. If a group of Tanniplys needs extra food it will steal food from other animals or scavenge for plants and meat if it is desperate. 

What behavioral characteristics does the Tanniply do?

the tanniply lives until the age of 40 to 50. If a Furoz Furta comes across the pack of Tanniply the Feroz Furta will team up with the tanniply until the Fueroz Furta has to leave. The Tanniply live in groups from 5 to 75. A female Tanniply will give birth from 2 to 10 cubs at a time, they mate in spring and give birth in summer. The cubs start walking at 5 days old but can only leave the den/cave at 2 weeks old. If a Tanniply dies the other Tanniply will bury them at a spot that was special to that Tanniply. And bring bones and meat to honor them. The Tanniply sleep together with the cubs in the middle to keep warm and will fill their caves with leave and grass to make comfortable spots to sleep in their caves
