increase energy;

manage blood pressure; and

MORE!

The beginning of the class is all about flow. This 40-minute portion is taught with a minimal amount of verbal instruction (just enough to ensure safety and a synergistic flow of energy within the group) to allow the participants to experience the effect of “moving meditation” and to allow deeper relaxation. The end of the class is all about detail. Each week a different component of the series will be covered in depth to deepen understanding of what you are doing and why and to enrich your future practice. If you are doing a private class or coaching, the detail section will be tailored to your current energetic patterns.

The class is led by Cindy Fatura, MQM. Cindy currently works for Balance Your Qi, LLC providing therapeutic energetic treatments for clients using a branch of Chinese Medicine called Medical Qigong. She also teaches Insight Qigong (public and private lessons). Her certification program for becoming an Insight Qigong teacher not only includes in-depth study of the exercises themselves, but also coursework in anatomy and physiology, Chinese Medicine theory, emergency medical training, and professional ethics. She has personally used both Medical Qigong treatments and Qigong for Health exercises to recover from serious chronic disease, trauma, acute ailments. Similarly, she has assisted clients in alleviating various types of discomfort, illness, and pain to optimize their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing with these modalities.

Cindy started her path to Qigong in the early 90’s and started teaching Taiji and Qigong by the late 90’s. She is certified by various state, regional, national, and international associations. She has been practicing Chinese Medicine since 2016.
