Be sure to download this free app. on your smart phone, as well as sign-in and save work. Desmos is the official calculator for the Smarter Balanced test, which is taken by all 11th graders.Â

Using a spreadsheet allows you to create visually appealing graphs very easily. You can, also, create formulas to do complex tasks very quickly. Below are a couple of student samples of Google Sheets to create nice displays and make general statements about survey responses and data.

Geogebra is yet another graphing calculator software I use. It is useful for constructions and for creating shapes that are too difficult to create using other graphing calculators. Try it out by clicking the button below or the interactive 3D activity.
