I am having been working in school based physical therapy since 2010. My passion for working with kids came after my son was born premature and spent years receiving Early Intervention. I graduated with my Bachelors degree from the School of Physical Therapy at McGill University. I service students across the Northborough-Southborough School Districts from preschool to middle school. I have worked in a variety of medical settings across my career which include outpatient clinics in orthopedics, neurology, and pain management. I have extensive experience in hospital settings in the areas of acute care, cardiac rehabilitation, intensive care, and short term rehabilitation.
In my free time, I love traveling with my husband and 2 teenagers. I enjoy a challenging workout and hiking in unique places.
I have been with Assabet Valley Collaborative for the past 19 years. I am a 1998 graduate of American International College with a Bachelor of Science degree and a 2000 graduate from Springfield Technical Community College as a Physical Therapy Assistant. In 2019, I completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training course.
I live with my husband, daughter and son. My interests include reading, spending time with my family, going to the beach and yoga. I teach children’s yoga on the weekends at a local studio where I take classes myself!
