It just depends on which state that the student is in. Our president is from California. So, as you see in the scholarships, we do offer tuition waivers. I know our neighboring states, they qualify for in-state tuition. Is it really just depends on where the student is coming from.
Yes, we do offer many services, ie. testing services and career services as well.
We are a Division two conference. We have men and women's basketball, tennis and softball or women's softball, women's volleyball, baseball and football.
The most popular would be FDA. There's the Student Government Association and another one would be the warrior court. Campus Activity Board is another popular one as well.
The accommodations we made would be each dormitory hall is monitored with taking each students temperature and decreased all social gatherings. Also class sizes are down from 50-60 in a class to 7 in a class. Also the auditorium seats 600, now will only seat 90.
If a student can't go home for whatever reason, then they can fill out a form, to stay on campus for two full years, sort of, you know, go home for the holidays. Also, in our infirmary or the wellness center, that's where our counselors are. We do have a clothing vault for student needs. If a student doesn't have clothing or proper shoes or toiletries and things of that nature, they can go to the vault and pick up those items as well as more perishable items, and everything is confidential.
Yes, we do offer dual enrollment. And we do accept dual enrollment credits as well.
Yes. Right no, we're offering more online classes. But for dual enrollment it’s usually no.
I don't think, from my knowledge, that we have a program that supports DACA students.
Yes. So on your FAFSA, you it's a question on there to ask if you would like to participate in work study. And that's how they figure out, you know, who wants to work on Campus. But if you don't get work study or financial aid and we do have, we do offer a PAN’s on Campus and that's a different department which is mostly in the AG Department.
Our application fee is waived right now, so apply. So if the application is free, just go ahead and apply and then you can just make a decision later. Most of the institutions that I know of are our waiver application fees right now due to Covid.
