JOIN A FLIGHT CREW!

Flight Crews ensure every animal on campus has a clear path out of the shelter and that progress along that path is always forward-moving.

The Flight Paths program is open to anyone that has completed on-boarding as a Dog Walker for Austin Pets Alive!

FLIGHT CREWS are teams of volunteers that join together to ensure their Flight Paths dog (FP dog) has the shortest shelter stay possible, and to give them their best and most immediate chance at securing a foster or adoptive home by monitoring their progress along the Care Pathways.

One person can fill one Coordinator position or as many as all the Coordinator positions.

Each Flight Crew will decide how they want to communicate with each other as a group.

And yes! You can be on a Flight Crew for more than one dog!
