Check the working status of BLEND (Canvas)

Are you having problems with BLEND? Check to see that it is up and running.

Troubleshooting BLEND (Canvas)

Google Authorization Issues

The first time you access an embedded Google file in Canvas, you will be prompted to authorize your Google account. You must connect BLEND (Canvas) with your Austin ISD account.

If you continue to not be able to see embedded Google files, you may need to check your Google Drive authorization. This video will show you now to do that.

Google Authorization Cookie Issues

If your Austin ISD account is properly authorized with BLEND (Canvas), you may have an issues with cookies.
