Getting Support For Your Technology

Austin ISD Help Desk
The Help Desk is the primary source in Austin ISD for receiving or outsourcing support for technical issues regarding district-maintained technology. They support staff hardware, campus printers, campus technology and hardware, loss of access to sites, student systems access loss and more. Staff can call the Help Desk at 512-414-8324 and receive live support or leave a voice message that will be returned within 24 hours. The Help Desk also maintains ServiceNow which is located in the Austin ISD Portal. ServiceNow requests will send you update notifications to your email.

Let's Talk
The Austinisd.org website has a link for Let's Talk, an online form for staff and caregivers to ask any questions they have.  Questions are routed to the appropriate department for servicing.
