What does a faculty advisor do?
Faculty advisors are experts in a specific career field, such as psychology, art, communications or government. They bring in-depth career knowledge and expertise to help you explore and consider parallel paths to achieving your career goals.
Faculty Advising Vision Statement
The faculty advising program seeks to strengthen student connection to an area of study or academic discipline by offering academic and career guidance, learning communities, and department-specific programming to help students understand how their major path translates into their future work and career aspirations.
