The program will kick off with our keynote speaker, Ebonie D. Trice, an ACC liberal arts graduate who is the CEO and founder of Mission Accomplished, a local non-profit providing individuals and families experiencing homelessness with the tools and resources that allow them to live a more prosperous, stable, and healthy lifestyle.
This will be followed by breakout sessions led by faculty in three liberal arts disciplines: Geography, Communication Studies, and Philosophy/Humanities. They'll lead a discussion about possible career pathways for majors in their disciplines and related disciplines.
Throughout the event, attendees will learn about the value of a liberal arts degree and about the marketable "power skills" that are gained from studying a liberal arts curriculum.
Students attending the event in person will be entered in a drawing to win an Amazon gift card and other door prizes!
Please note: RSVP is highly encouraged but not necessary to attend the event.
This event will be streamed live and recorded. The recording will be available on our YouTube channel the week after the event.
