Be Heard!  VOTE (Voice of the Exemplary) -- 3rd Place, Exemplary Project award!

Jennie Moreno

This project in Prof. Rachel Brooks' GOVT 2305 course served to encourage ACC students to register to vote, especially those students who attend ACC Campuses at non-traditional times.  Voter registration cards were provided for Saturday classes in order to assist students in the first step in being able to vote - timely registration. Voting is a privilege that many have fought for in America, and it is also a right. Assisting others in registering to vote helps those who want to participate as voting members of society take the necessary steps before arriving at their polling place.
