What is Mindfulness?  According to The Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley(2020)  “Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.” Below are a few videos that will allow you to begin your practice.
