Journaling

Journaling allows us to record our idea, thoughts and observations. When you journal you can express your thoughts in a judgement free zone. By writing down your thoughts it allows you to work through your feelings and to make sense of your thoughts . There is no right way to journal, some people may make a list, sketch, or write a “traditional journal”. Not sure how to start? Below are some journal prompts you can use.
