This free app helps users reduce their anxiety, improve sleep, learn meditation techniques, and feel more connected to their bodies by using breathing techniques.
Students who experience nightmares related to PTSD can use this free iphone app to learn how to rewrite their dreams and use Imagery Rehearsal Therapy to change what comes into their heads while sleeping.
Breathe2Relax is a portable stress management tool which provides detailed information on the effects of stress on the body and helps users learn the stress management technique called diaphragmatic breathing.
MindShift is designed specifically for teens and young adults with anxiety. Rather than trying to avoid anxious feelings, Mind Shift stresses the importance of changing how you think about anxiety.

GritX is an app designed by UCSF utilizing research backed interactive tools to help adolescents learn skills to manage their emotions. It's a free app with the following features: journaling, sketchpad, self-care toolkit, breathing room, self-interview for self-reflection, and a skills studio with psychoeducation and wellness tools.
