Spring of your junior year is a great time to begin creating your student resume if you haven't done so already. Your resume will be invaluable next year as you apply to colleges, jobs and/or scholarships! RHS School Counselors have emailed to all juniors a resume template. Please let your counselor know if you have any questions about completing the resume!

Junior Year

• Research colleges/vocational colleges/apprenticeships

• Sign Up for and take SATs

• Build Resume – Ask your counselor or career coach for help 

Senior Year

• Retake SATs if you need to

• Apply to Colleges - Application portals usually open in August (BRCC apps will open up in January)

• Apply to FAFSA (opens October 1st)

• Apply to Scholarships (First scholarships are due in late October and November
