All parties conducted in school must be arranged with the classroom teacher and approved in advance by the building principal. In keeping with safety protocols, ALL volunteers/visitors must be approved in advance, sign in upon arrival, remain with the classroom, and sign out at the end of the party.
No homemade food or drink will be permitted.
Snacks, birthday treats, and special occasion treats must be store bought, ready for single serving (no cutting/perparations needed to serve), and delivered in the original packaging.
Food items must include the nutrition label.
Parents/Guardians/Volunteers are asked to be mindful of food allergies in consultation with the classroom teacher when sending in treats.
Administration reserves the right to deny snacks that do not meet the standard and expectations outlined herein in order to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students. Parents will be notified if a snack is not permitted for sharing.
