The Audubon Neighborhood Association invites and encourages participation by every resident to each program, service and event organized by ANA. Board Elections
The Audubon Neighborhood Association (ANA) Board is responsible for overall policy and direction of the organization, and delegates responsibility of day-to-day operations to the staff and committees. The Board will consist of at least 5 and no more than 9 members. Board members are volunteers and receive no monetary compensation for their service to the organization.
Board of Directors application submissions may be received by submitting application directly online, email or in-person at the Annual Community Meeting (1320 29th Ave NE) must be received by 7:30 pm Monday, October 2, 2023

Eligibility Status:
An individual is eligible for membership and serving on the Board if they meet any of the following requirements:
- A person over the age of 18 who resides in or owns a business (or property) in the Audubon Park neighborhood.
- An individual representative appointed by a nonprofit or government institution that operates within the Audubon Park neighborhood.
Board membership type:
- Resident
- Business owner
- Non-profit or government representative
Terms for directors are 2 years starting the month following the election. Directors can serve a maximum of 5 consecutive terms. Time commitment is approximately 9 hrs/month (13 for officers). Training is provided.
