About ML Next Generation Science
Course Overview: This course introduces students to science concept in Chemistry, Physics, Earth and Space Science, and Envionrmental Science.
Grading:
Grades are based on the following weighted categories:
10%- 21st century skills: Participation, punctuality, preparedness
70% Assessments: Unit tests, vocab quizzes, presentations and projects
20% Practice Work: In-class discussions and preparation, in-class and take home assignments
A 92.5 – 100% C+ 77.5 – 79.9%
A- 90 – 92.4% C 72.5 – 77.4%
B+ 87.5 – 89.9% C- 70 – 72.4%
B 82.5 – 87.4% D+ 67.5 – 69.9%
B- 80 – 82.4% D 60 – 67.4%
C+ 77.5 – 79.9%
