Training & Development
Annual Calendar
Take a look at annual brand training calendar and remember to RSVP your teams as registration opens, which is typically a minimum of two weeks prior to the session date.
Golf Cart Training
It is imperative to have all team members driving golf carts complete 3 main steps:
Respond to the VerifiedFirst email notification which will request information which will authorize the run of a Driving Record Check. This check is primarily to verify they currently hold a valid driver's license, which is required in the state of South Carolina to operate a golf cart on public roads. Once we verify their eligibility, you will complete steps 2 and 3.
Sit down with them to go through the Golf Cart Operation & Safety SOP with a Manager, have them sign it, then hand deliver or scan a copy to T&C
Next, go through the Golf Cart Etiquette SOP, have them sign it, then hand deliver or scan a copy to T&C.
Please take a moment to make sure the Golf Cart License & Training Roster is up to date. Any one who has not followed the above steps should not operate vehicles on property until this is completed.
Training Audits - Sequence of Service
To ensure we uphold a culture of knowledge and training, conducting audits is the best way to keep Sequence of Service details fresh in the minds of our team and identify what still need to work on.
Review "The Art of Auditing" before you conduct the audits in order to set the stage and perform them well.
Review the DUN Audits_ AU Service Standards sheet to view the audits broken down the department and stage in the guest journey.
