I am a UX Researcher with 11 years of product and usability testing experience helping businesses connect with their users’ voices by telling a story they have not heard. I am a great storyteller when it comes to collaborating with internal stakeholders or engaging with users as my values are to immerse myself in their lives feel their pains and be their advocate. My colleagues will concur that be it a business brief or a user insight I dig deep and push everyone deeper to truly join the dots into a great idea.
