Consumers/patients already had 10 notifications and alerts and fearing user fatigue this exercise was done to understand the prioritization of notifications and alerts 

Objectives

Investigate how members rank the most and least important features and content on the Inner Door. Determine if there’s any content they would want to see removed and if any is missing.

Results

These were the high-priority items the patients wanted to see and not miss out on while accessing their care on Kp.org
