Kp.org is divided into 6 experience groups based on patients' mental models. Manage my condition, Help me navigate care, Single destination, Health and wellness, and so on. This is the second year of a baseline study.
To understand gaps in user flows, pain points of navigation, and clarity of intent. This is part of formative testing where I was evaluating the same features and navigation tree year after year to maintain KP digital standards and SUS scores above 80 percent.
Stakeholder buy-ins, task updating, updates based on feature releases, and a final report to evaluate the rise or drop in usability or ease of use.
