All of us are facing our own personal battles. Sometimes, most of us feel like we are stuck because of feelings of anxiety and suppression, but in the end it is your choice to allow yourself to break through. We are to carry our experiences with hope and keep moving forward.
Time and Change
Though we might not know what tomorrow holds, may each of us accept our trials, understand the circumstances, and begin a change within ourselves— in order for us to move forward.
Virtual Reality
We live in a society dependent on technology. We have shifted being confused to knowing how to manage and utilize it, especially in this fast-paced world and changing reality. We should never forget to find joy in what we do day to day.
When Silence Is Loudest
Miscommunication and misinformation has become more rampant in this generation causing broken bonds between friends and family. Staying connected is the easy part. Hearing the message is a different story.
Lovesick
Maintaining long-distance relationships is a struggle for couples especially in a time right now. In spite of this issue, it is important to keep in touch with one another as time will only tell when things will go back to the way they were.

The Contemporary Division of the Company of Ateneo Dancers presents: Yugto—a visualizer that showcases how dance moves people to take the leap to the next stage of their lives.
The Moment
The many things we experience on a daily basis can seem troubling and stressful, but there's one particular moment that dancers can always turn back to: dance. This piece captures that moment and transforms it into something groovy and energetic for everyone to vibe along with!
Prod Dance 2021
Imagine this scene. It's the middle of the day and you're working on your modules, taking photos or doing other bits of prod work and it's really stressful so you decide to put on some music. As you play the song, your head starts bobbing and out of nowhere your dancing in your room, your sala, your garden or any other place around your house. It feels like a party again and you just can't help but vibe. This piece is that feeling.
Our Story
"Dance is also a community — the people who are in it make up what dance means to me." Beyond physicality, dance has formed families by bringing billions together through their shared love and unequivocal passion for the craft. eve
Eve aims to convey the harmful or perverted aspects of growth that we can all fall susceptible to, shown through a horror lens. While growth is seen conventionally as a linear and oftentimes positive process, this video aims to show that growth isn’t all that simple and sometimes, not all that positive. Utilizing the power of symbolic or allegorical imagery, Eve uses themes and visuals typically found within the horror genre to convey this distorted approach to growth.
