An appeal for probation may be done when a student did not obtain the required QPI for his/her year.The Ateneo de Manila University allows only one probation. Students who have previously been on probation are ineligible to apply for probation.

To apply for probation, students must accomplish the probation form and attach supporting documents to the Standards Committee (through the Office of the AVP-UEd).
