Overload

Dean’s Listers of the previous semester are granted the privilege to overload up to three (3) units beyond their maximum load.  Seniors and Fifth Year Students may overload up to six (6) units beyond the maximum load prescribed by their program provided the total load for the semester (counting both the regular load and the overload) does not exceed 24 units.

If you are either a Dean’s Lister or a Senior who intends to overload up to the allowed number of units stated above, there is no need for you to request. To reflect the overload, kindly have your IPS updated by the Registrar’s Office (for I and II Year students) or your home department (for III, IV, and V year students).

Proceed to process the Load Revision Form.

Exceptions to the above overload conditions are subject to the approval of the Assistant Vice President for Undergraduate Education.
