The student's term mark will be their final grade for the school year

A Validation Test will be given to students with complete submission of ALL assessments but did not receive a passing mark by the end of the term.

Only students who submitted ALL requirements but received a mark of D by the end of the term will be eligible to take the VT.

If the student passes the VT, his grade will be raised to C. If the student fails the VT or does not submit it, the student will get a failing mark for the year and must take the Summer Remedial Program (SRP).

If the student does not show up for the VT with a valid reason, he will be given only one (1) chance to reschedule. An excuse letter signed by the student’s parent/guardian must be presented before the VT can be rescheduled.

If the student does not show up for the VT without a valid reason, he will automatically take the Summer Remedial Program.

All students are expected to submit requirements on or before the deadline set by their respective teachers. 

Re: missed performance assessments - the student must present an excuse letter /medical certificate for his/her absence. The schedule for the make-up performance assessment will be set by the teacher and agreed upon by the student. If a student fails to show up in the scheduled performance assessment but with a VALID reason, another chance will be given. A failing mark will be given to "no show" students WITHOUT any VALID reason.
