After the a meeting, Google Meet automatically sends a csv file of the attendance report via email with the following details:

  • Particapant Name

  • Participant Email

  • How long the participant was on the meeting

Note: Google Meet automatically generates report when there are at least 5 participants in the meeting

What you need:

General Tips for Teachers

  • Explicitly invite your students into the meeting, encourage them to use their OBF accounts.

  • Do not accept people you don't know or did not invite into the meeting.

  • Remove suspicious persons from your meeting. Learn how to remove participants here.

  • Use Google Meet's meeting controls to better manage your meeting.

  • To improve video meeting quality, participants can turn off their camera and show their profile photo instead.

  • If you are having an issue, try describing the issue here and see if other people in the Google Community have a resolution
