A moment of silence

But you, O Lord,

are a God merciful and gracious,

slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love

Opening Prayer

Dear Lord,

Today, grant me the grace to open my heart to you.

Make me aware of your compassionate and abiding love.

Teach me to listen, to what you have to say.

Amen.
