Dear AJHS Student,  

Today, you are invited to take a few minutes to pause, rest, and talk to God using a prayer that St. Ignatius of Loyola taught us, the Ignatian Examen.

In this Examen, we hope that you will be able to recall, and bring to prayer your experiences ( especially your relationships with yourself and others) during the second term of the school year (November - February 2025); pray together as part of the community and freely share your thoughts and feelings about your experiences. 

We encourage you to make this a sacred, quiet moment to listen, open your heart to God, and allow him to speak to you. 

Consider this as an opportunity to bond and deepen your relationship with God, so make sure that you find a solitary and quiet place to do this prayer.
