To ensure that we complete tasks on schedule, we will use JIRA as a project tracking software. Along with the ability to create, assign, and track issues, we can also view the entire timeline of the project in the form of an agile Gantt chart. Each week, we will update the chart and document the progress below.
We have completed phase three and also completed the decision table and hierarchical analysis for phase four. Now, we must look at the concept journey map and prepare our presentation and pitch.
This week, we completed phase three tasks and are moving on to phase 4. We have about 45 idea pages completed and just need 5 more, but we will be spending most of our time on the decision table next week.
Phase three for brainstorming begins! This week we had a group brainstorming exercise where we all shared our ideas for various topics and questions. This gave us insight for potential solutions and approaches for the KTB festival.
This week, we have made significant progress on phase two. We still need to complete a couple of the activity research tasks as we begin to move onto phase three.
This week we completed many of our tasks for phase two. Competitor benchmarking is at minimum complete, but we were considering adding more, hence why it is still in progress. We have had interviews and have information for our research observations. Still, we have some progress to be made with more interviews and activity research based on such interviews.
Following up from last week, we have continued the work on the user persona, stakeholder map, and competitor benchmarking. Moreover, we've started preparing on research interviews by getting people to interview and preparing questions. We've also started on the problem framing statements, but more progress will be made on this section once we complete our interviews.

This week we are moving into phase two, where we research on problem understanding and framing. At this point, we are researching on our potential consumers and stakeholders, as well as preparing for incoming interviews with those who are involved with or participated in music festivals.
We've created our brand and moved onto the research phase. This week, we must find various sources from online websites, journals, and articles, as well as analyze market trends and popular media.
