This section focus on the Communication impulse. Communication in John Dewy's The School and Society is "The language instinct is the simplest form of the social expression of the child." (Dewey, 1938, p.43) It is also transferring information from one place to another. Using communication with technology products helps with my daily work and to socialize with my peers. Sharing my creativity and thoughts beyond languages. In this unit, I focus on communication from verbal, visual, and words. For "My Tech Message", I did a study and collect data on my usage of technology products for 24 hours to learn how necessary these products are in my daily life. For "Podcast Episode", I did research on a podcast and analyze how it shows is created. In the "Meme Times 3" project, I discuss Fair Use, Copyright Laws, and Creative Commons while also creating three memes relative to the topic. In the Unit Project, I use my research from the "Podcast Episode" in creating a pilot podcast about video games.
