Limit your creativity assessment checklist to approximately one page in length,
Make sure your creativity assessment checklist:
Provides opportunity for both students to self-assess or self-reflect on their own creativity and teachers to provide creativity improvement feedback,
Includes a brief description of the context (e.g., grade level, subject area, learning task),
Focuses on a specific topic, learning task, or learning experience, and
Aligns with the concept of assessing for creativity as discussed in the video and readings(i.e., aimed at supporting student creativity).
