Course: LSE 401: Designing Learning Environments for Inclusion
Description: Diversity and Inclusion Workshop Using Universal Design-
Summary: Develop a workshop for a field of your choice to educate colleagues about a key aspect of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Representation: Through this work, I was able to implement an educational solution and evaluate the social, environmental, and economic sustainability of the solution, design an educational system or program that addresses a specific problem/concern in an educational setting, and use a design process to improve an educational concern/issue.
Application: In this experience, I had to create a workshop that supported the inclusion of neurodiversity within the curriculum and school sites at Future For KIDS. This will be helpful when I am implementing change and inclusion for diverse individuals and communities that I will serve and collaborate with in the future of being a leader within an organization.
