About Me

Hello! My name is Marina Ramirez and I am an undergraduate student at Arizona State University. I am currently majoring in Educational Studies with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. I work as a server and Certified Guest Service Representative/ Cashier Trainer at Spinato's Pizzeria. 

My goals are to become an advocate and educator to those who are in need of guidance and training in a desired job occupation. I strive to be a positive example and provide the necessary tools and traits to those whom I serve, in order for them to succeed in their job occupation and further provide exceptional service to others.  Empathy, equity, and inclusion are at the core of my teaching style and how I implement the Human-Centered Design process.
