Becca Lynch (she/they) is currently an Academic Advising Coordinator within the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University as well as a current student in the Instructional Design and Performance Improvement Certificate program within the Mary Lou Fulton Teacher's College. As a budding learning designer, Becca hopes to create training materials to help adult learners navigate their professional careers.

Jean-Paul (JP) Kellogg is a Senior Training Analyst with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, where he leads a specialized team in designing and developing online coursework for a nationwide medical examiner training program. JP is also enrolled at Arizona State University in the Instructional and Design Performance Improvement Certificate program within the Mary Lou Fulton Teacher's College where he continues to refine his skills in Instructional Design and Development.

Morgan Shea is a former K-8 Educator and is currently enrolled at Arizona State University in the Instructional Design and Technologies (MEd) program within the Mary Lou Fulton Teacher's College. After completion of the program, Morgan plans to enter the corporate world as an Instruction Designer and Corporate Trainer.
