What is a job-embedded experience?

A job-embedded experience for students entering the teaching profession is a hands-on learning approach that allows aspiring teachers to gain practical knowledge and skills within a classroom setting. It involves actively participating in teaching activities, collaborating with experienced educators, and applying what they learn directly to their future teaching roles. This experience is designed to prepare students for the real-world challenges of teaching and helps them develop the necessary competencies to be effective educators.
