Help Function
Help Function
To support your university experience, we encourage you to use the Help function available on your My ASU homepage.
This feature can assist you with questions or concerns related to enrollment, course access, financial information, and other My ASU services. It can also direct you to the appropriate resources or department when you need additional assistance.
When you log into your MyASU, you can see in the top banner the Help option and click on it.
After you click on the help option, you will be able to type in your question in the search bar.
