You may view your advisor availability and schedule an appointment at fultonapps.asu.edu/advising/calendar/
Christopher and Jasmine's calendar is located under Global Outreach and Extended Education (GOEE). You must select current student; Global Outreach and Extended Education from the program drop down list; and select Jasmine Delaboin OR Christopher Higgins from the advisor list; then select a time; enter your 10 digit ASU id when prompted.

Advising Appointment Notes:
Students are required to review the GOEE policy handbook and/or GOEE Graduate Success Guide before meeting with an advisor.
You are not required to schedule an advising appointment prior to registering for classes.
Currently, we encourage zoom advising appointments; however, phone appointments can be requested as needed.
30-Minute Advising Appointments (ZOOM)
Students can schedule a regular, 30-minute advising appointment with your advisor - Most advising appointment questions, or concerns can typically be resolved within the 30 minute block of time.
PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR YOUR ADVISING APPOINTMENT
1. Know your 10-digit ASU Student ID number.
2. If possible please have access to a computer and log into your "My ASU" page in preparation for your appointment.
3. Academic Calendar: ASU regularly offers classes in the fall, spring and summer terms. Become familiar with the academic calendar as you are responsible for knowing important dates and deadlines associated with each term.

From experience, we know that most student inquiries can be handled faster through e-mail. GOEE functions as a team to assist students with registration or academic-related queries. All emails must be sent to our inbox and one of us will reply as soon as we can, typically within 2-3 business days. During peak advising times, it may take 3-5 business days.

Each student has an assigned faculty advisor based on the program and area of study. The faculty advisor serves as an expert in their designated discipline. Below you will find the different faculty advisors assigned to the different areas of study within the Master of Engineering program and the Master of Science Engineering/ Software Engineering program.
