This culminating project includes all necessary tools, strategies, and information on how secondary school teachers should manage their classrooms during their appointments. There are three main components:

• Management Plan (Procedures, Student Norms/Expectations, and Consequences/Rewards)

• Connections and Communication

• Technology Use and the First Day of School
