Hi! I'm Nurse Nicolette. I have had the honor of working with students in the Anchorage School District since 2007. My experience spans all grade levels and includes both nursing and classroom teaching. I'm passionate about helping others, and I love working with the pediatric population. 

At school, my focus includes supporting and maintaining the physical and mental wellbeing of each student as it relates to maximizing their learning goals and objectives. You may see me working in and out of my office on campus as well as sometimes off site.   

I am a life-long Alaskan: I was raised in Homer, but I now call Anchorage my home. I earned a BS in nursing and mathematics from UAA as well as a MAT with an emphasis in secondary education from UAS. In addition to school nursing, my background includes inpatient adult acute care. I'm also nationally certified in school nursing.  

When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing in the woods with my two springer spaniels, creating via many outlets, and learning new things.
