For the 24 - 25 school year, our school decided to go cell phone-free in the classroom.  Students are to leave their cell phones in a specified place in each classroom, and they cannot take them when they leave the room - even to go to the bathroom.  This is why I stopped creating RHS Fact & Flush for the bathrooms.

Staff is also expected to have their phones put away during class, so we have far fewer teachers taking their phones to the bathroom.  I have continued creating the Potty PD for staff bathrooms and started putting the same information into a monthly Passive PD S'more newsletter.  I can add more details and make the information more accessible.
