Project Overview
In this IDL we have been exploring the schools' food provision, its' guidelines and limitations, and what we would like to see improved. We have created themed menus looking at our favourite times of year; created menus on a budget and to meet nutrition goals, as well as researched into improvements we would like to see in our canteen, such as recycling facilities, sustainable and local produce and improving the overall experience of using the canteen.
