Project Overview
In this IDL pupils have been exploring the comic anthology creation process. Through this they have developed: an understanding of how the creative and publishing industries work and an ability to work to deadlines and response to a brief. Pupils have each worked on a piece of creative writing and character development. They have explored the how publishing affects cost, the power of pace and framing, and how to communicate stories visually. Pupils have had input from specialists, and developed their reflective skills as they have refined their comic idea.
